Rainbow Garden runs Asian restaurants in Germany and other European countries. When new restaurant concepts were added, the brand needed repositioning and a split into an umbrella brand and sub-brands. The main brand “Rainbow Garden Thai Restaurants” was joined by the fish restaurant “Rainbow Garden Andaman” and the light-meal restaurant “Rainbow Garden Asia Deli”. We then developed a completely new corporate design with logos and printed materials of their own.
Result
The Rainbow Garden umbrella brand now covers the Thai Restaurants, the fish restaurant Andaman and the light-meal restaurant Asia Deli. Each brand has a logo of its own.
The umbrella brand looks considerably more upmarket. The rainbow, once used boldly, has become a highly abstract form in the new logo.
